How do you keep the apartment clean and inspected?

A housekeeping checklist covers every surface, switch and remote after every stay. We photograph each room and complete a QA sign-off before the next guest arrives.

Will you let party-goers stay or disturb the neighbours?

No. Every guest is ID-verified and pre-screened, and we run discreet noise & “party” sensors that alert our team the moment a gathering gets loud.

What if nightly rates drop?

That’s on us. Your rent is fixed for the entire lease term; we absorb any revenue swings.

Who pays for furniture or property damage?

We own the furniture and carry guest-damage insurance up to $70 k-so your assets stay covered.

Do I need special insurance?

No. We provide our own short term accomodation insurance.
